From 2023-2024 Bucks County worked with the Gulotta Group and community stakeholders to prepare both 1) a blighted property study to assess the nature and extent of blight throughout Bucks County and 2) a comprehensive strategy outlining both municipal and county methods to prevent, remediate, and redevelop blighted properties. For municipal strategies, please reach out if technical assistance from the County can assist with implementation. The Blighted property inventory form below can be used to notate blight that needs to be addressed in your community. And the digital library contains a wealth of practical tools for addressing blight in the various forms it might take in Bucks County.

Help to combat blight by inputting properties into the Blighted Property Inventory Form below. Such properties may be shared with the Redevelopment Authority of Bucks County or Bucks County Habitat for Humanity to discuss options to assist municipalities with addressing a given blighted property.
