In April 2023, the county contracted with The Gulotta Group, LLC, to prepare a comprehensive blighted property study to assess the nature and extent of blight throughout Bucks County. Read about the findings from the study, which included input from municipalities, redevelopment, economic development, and housing entities. Blighted properties, even in small numbers can have a chilling effect on economic development and neighborhood revitalization efforts.

Help to combat blight by inputting properties into the Blighted Property Inventory Form below. Such properties may be shared with the Redevelopment Authority of Bucks County or Bucks County Habitat for Humanity to discuss options to assist municipalities with addressing a given blighted property.
