Yardley Borough is updating its comprehensive plan. A comprehensive plan is an official document that serves as a guide for decision making regarding land use. It is a statement of the community's vision for the future to be used by residents, the Planning Commission, Borough Council, private and public stakeholders, and governmental agencies. The last comprehensive plan for Yardley Borough was adopted in 2014. Read it here.

This plan will be an "implementable plan", which focuses on local issues and how the borough wants to move forward in the next several years.
